How do I care for my Jewellery?

Handle with care & love. To keep your personalised jewellery looking shiny and new gently use a dry polishing cloth. Take off your jewellery when using harsh chemicals, applying beauty products or entering extreme heat or cold.

  • Your personalised lockets and bracelets are not waterproof. Do not wear them in water.
  • The glass on your personalised locket is fragile and can break. Please take extra care when opening and closing your locket and do not force it closed when you place your plates and/or charms inside.

How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

Once your order is placed online, fulfilment may take up to 3 business days. Additionally, shipping may take 3-10 business days depending on the option you select (e.g. express or standard).

I’m interested in hosting my own Jewellery Bar. How do I do that?

Fantastic! Please fill out this form and we will get you in contact with the closest Jewellery Consultant! There are some fabulous Hostess Rewards including FREE jewellery, 50% off as many as 4 products and access to a hostess-only piece at a discounted price (or free)! What is a qualifying Jewellery Bar?

A qualifying Jewellery Bar is a minimum of $250AU | $300NZ in sales and 3 orders. This gives you access to our Hostess Rewards. The more sales you have, the more you will earn.

What details can you tell me about your Jewellery?

Great question! Our personalised lockets, personalised mesh bracelets and chains are crafted from Jewellery Grade Stainless Steel. The Gold is plated in 24ct Gold and the Rose Gold is plated in 18ct Rose Gold. All of our jewellery is free from nickel coating; however, it may contain traces of nickel. Our personalised leather bracelets are made of genuine leather and are reversible.

Does my order come with gift packaging?

Orders that include a personalised locket and/or personalised bracelet will come with gift packing (Lily Anne Jewellery drawstring bag and a charm box). If your order does not have a personalised locket or personalised bracelet it will not come with these gift packaging items. Please contact your Jewellery Consultant if you need additional gift packaging, they will be happy to provide this for you.

I have a fault with my product. What should I do?

All of our jewellery comes with a 90 day manufacturers warranty (365 days for our set stone crystals). On the rare occasion that you experience a fault we are more than happy to replace this for you. Please read our Returns Policy for more information.

Will the magnets in my Locket affect my Pacemaker?

We advise anyone with a pacemaker to consult their doctor before wearing a Lily Anne Jewellery locket. The grade of magnet is N35 and the strength is roughly 2500 GS. Please feel free to contact our Head Office with any questions or clarification around this.

Do the Stackable Affirmation Bracelets fit all wrist sizes?

The Stackable Affirmation Bracelets are adjustable and will fit most wrist sizes.

How to adjust: With the bracelet off your wrist, place one hand on the edge of the bracelet and make your adjustment by bending this portion of the bracelet gently. Then repeat on the other side. Do not bend by pushing the bracelet in the middle as this can cause damage to the bracelet.
